Becoming a consignor is free & easy.

We’ll take care of all the hard work — from marketing your items & managing your bookings through to post-event dry cleaning.

If your dress is undamaged, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit once we’ve inspected the item upon return.

Please note, refunds are not available for change of mind or if the dress was not worn for your event once we have rented the dress out.

If the dress is damaged - such as with major stains, rips, or tears that render it unwearable - you may be eligible for a refund, partial refund, or exchange.

To ensure a smooth process, please use the return courier bag provided by us when sending the dress back.

You should book the ‘start date’ as the date you wish to receive the item and ‘end date’ as the day you will return the garment

All collections/drop offs are to be made in the morning between 8am - 12:00pm at one of our collection points.

Not a store just yet but we do offer 30 minute try-on sessions at your home or one of our collection points in Harare

Please don’t attempt to fix it yourself, simply return the dress to us (late returns will incur late fees) and give us a heads up.

We have an experienced tailor who will assess the damage and fix the garment — and then we’ll invoice you the cost. If the damage is beyond repair you’ll be liable for 120% of the garment’s RRP.

As above — please don’t attempt to clean it yourself, we have an experienced drycleaner who will assess the garment and clean it for us. I
